Fabulous Loic Gasch Breaks 20-Year-Old Swiss National Record By Soaring To A World Lead Height

The twenty seven years old quiet high jumber, Loic Gasch has caused some elation in Swiss athletics circle. On Saturday (8) at Lausanne Switzerland local meet, Gasch was awesome as he broke Swiss twenty years old high jump record of 2.31m by Roland Dalhauaser to a new height of 2.33m. Incidentally, this his new height is the world leading jump for this season.

On the 150m men, Jeremy Dodson won heat A in 15.83s while a teenager Timothe Mumenthaler won heat B in 15.88s. But in 300m, Francois Ammann coughed out 34.51s and Diego Menzi was fast in 1:19.64s over 600m.

In the female 150m, Laetitia Hermet won her heat in 18.27s and went on to win 300m in 38.73s. Marithe Engondo took the high jump in 1.85m.
