
Dolores Aveiro, the mother of Cristiano Ronaldo was rushed to the hospital at the early hours (5am) of Tuesday of suspected stroke. The 65 years old mother of four is now on observation after undergoing a procedure to remove a blood clot from an artery, according to a report from Sun.
Local media say she’s “conscious and stable” and she’s due to undergo new tests in the next few hours to determine her state of health.
One local TV report in her native Island of Madeira described the next 12 hours as “decisive” and described her stroke as “severe”. Presently admitted at Dr Nelio Mendonca Hospital in Madeira.
