Leandro Ramos Breaks Portuguese National Record As South Africa Maswanganyi And Terrance Laird Shine

The fastest man in the world this season in 200m, Terrance Laird continues his total transformation as he notched another personal best over 100m on Saturday (17) at Boots Gayland Invitation. He clocked 10.06s to beat in-form South Africa Shaun Maswanganyi who finished in cool 10.18s.

Elsewhere in Portugal, Leandro Ramos busted into a new form as he breaks his Javelin Portuguese national record by throwing 80.84m.

Back to Boots Gayland Invitation, the 200m was won by Noah Williams in 20.36s and Vernon Norwood was second in 20.42s as Canadian Bismarck Boateng picked third in 20.67s.
