Egyptian Champion Basent Ran Into Another Record Book With First Race After Injury

Egyptian Champion and double sprint record holder, Basent Hamida has finally banished the disappointed over missing Tokyo 2020 due to injury after churning out a scintillating performance just on her first race after injury.

Just few days to the end of the year, Hamida won 400m in the neighborhood championship to finished in 52.82s, thereby breaking Egyptian record again.

Hamida now hold triple Egyptian sprint records, starting from 100m to 400m.
