Egyptian Bassant Hemida Breaks National Record Twice In A Day In Czech

The Egyptian champion and All Africa Games medalist, Bassant Hemida looking more sharper for Tokyo Olympics Games.

At the Czech Club League Athletics Meet yesterday (4), Hemida produced scintillating performance to hit a sprint double win and double national record. In 100m Hemida improved her national record of 11.23s she set in the same stadium last year to 11.14s (0.8).

Over the 200m, she improved her national record of 22.83s recorded on her way to win a silver medal at 2019 All Africa Games to 22.79s to complete sprint double win.
