A good performance continues at the US trials on Friday (25). Gabby Thomas notched another world lead time in 200m after finished first in her semifinal with a new personal best of 21.94s. Jenna Pradini was also impressive with a personal best of 21.99s beating Allyson Felix who ran 22.20s to second place in another semifinal.

But surprisingly, the NCAA double champion with 22.14s best Cambrea Sturgis failed to qualify for final after finishing seventh in her semifinal with 22.68s.

In the discus final, Mason Finley was dominant by winning with 63.07m to win while Hilary Bor won the 3000m steeplechase men in 8:21.34.

Athing Mu was the fastest qualifier in the 800m women with 1:59.31 while teenager Erriyon Knighton was the fastest in men 200m with a personal best of 20.04s.
