Gabby Thomas WL Run, Jessica Ramsey And Emma Coburn Break Meet Record In US Olympics Trials

The US Olympics trials continues on Thursday (24) with a lot of sparks. First, the Harvard graduate Gabby Thomas continues her early in the season strong showing in 200m.

In the 200m heat yesterday, Gabby who seems to be over her hamstring injury ran a world leading time and personal best of 21.98s to lead the park of qualified. The legend Allyson Felix also qualified after coming third in her heat with a time of 22.56s. Sha’carri Richardson did not feature in the 200m.

In the women’s discus, Jessica Ramsey broke meet record with a huge throw of 20.12m, a new personal best.

Another meet record was recorded in women 3000m steeplechase by Emma Coburn who became American champion with 9:09.41.
