African Games Champion Raymond Ekevwo Wins In Florida

The 2019 African Games 100m Champion, Raymond Ekevwo was impressive on his season opener in Florida on Saturday(12).

After his strong showing in the indoor, Ekevwo has not run his favourite 100m this season except for collegiate relay. But in Jacksonville Florida, Ekevwo raced to 10.32s (1.8) win over Bahamas Ian Kerr who ran 10.35s for second place.

In the 200m, Ian Miller was quick in 20.66s while Asa Guevara won the 400m in 46.47s.

Elsewhere in Tunis, for Arab championship on 16th, Femi Ogunode won the 100m in 10.19s (0.0) while his brother Tosin Ogunode won the 200m in 20.66s (nwi)
