Just weeks of beaten Nigerian home base sprinters in Lagos, Kenyan improved sprinter Ferdinand Omanyala has recorded the same feat in South Africa.

In 400m, Qatar Abdelrahman Samba won the 400m in 46.08s while South Africa Champion Wenda Nel took the 400m hurdle in 55.63s. Leroux Hamman won the 400m hurdle men in 49.72s.
