Struggling World Champion Yohan Blake In Kingston

It seems Covid-19 sports restrictions has taken it’s rustiness result toll on the world champion, Jamaica Yohan Blake. In Kingston Jamaica Meet yesterday, Blake was seriously letargic in the 100m as he struggled to win his heat in 10.27s. Oblique Seville was adjudged first after winning his heat in a faster 10.24s.

In 200m, Akeem Blake won in 20.97s beating Rasheed Dwyer 21.11s to second place. In the female, Ronda Whyte won in 23.20s and was followed by Shashalee Forbes 23.31s.

Discus men was won by Chad Wright in 56.26m and Samantha Hall 51.98m in female.
