The tantalizing Sha’Carri Richardson blew the field to display her growing scintillating form to win 100m in miramar invitation in a new personal best of 10.72s, the sixth fastest in history.
“My coach will be proud but he’ll say I still have more work to do, and I agree. My season is going to be unbelievable,” said Richardson.
World Champion Justin Gatlin was impressive in his first race to returned 9.98s to place second to Kyree Green 9.97s.
CJ Green was third with 10s flat while Liberian record holder, Emmanuel Matadi fourth in 10.01s.
In the 400m women, Shamier Little was 49.91s quicker.
Just after running world leading time of 12.50s in the 100m hurdles heat, world record holder Kerry Harrison won the final in 12.38s(2.7) to win. Cindy Sember -12.55s took second and Tiffany Porter was third in 12.57s.
Reigning World Champion, Grant Holloway was impressive also on the 110m hurdles as he picked a win in 13.04s (2.2).
