Pan American Champion Chantel Malone Breaks Another British Virgin Islands National Record Again

Puerto Rico Born multiple British Virgin Islands record holder and Pan American long jump champion, Chantel Ellen Malone was again at her best on Saturday (27) at the Florida International, as she smashed her 6.90m national record to soared 7.08m.

Malone became the first athlete to win a medal for the British Virgin Islands in the history of the Pan American Games, winning the gold medal at the long jump event.

Malone now holds British Virgin Islands record in High jump (1.65), Triple jump (13.27) and long jump (7.08).
