Smiling Jerome Vega Breaks Puerto Rico National Record In Carina

The twenty six old ever smiling, Jerome Vega was on song on Thursday (18) in 15th Annual Spring Break Classic in beautiful city of Carina. A Classic which was billed to spring for two days sprang to action on the first day with heavy throw from Jerome as he smatched Puerto Rico hammer record held by Alexis Figueroa of 67.06 metre.

Jerome set new record after threw 70.80 metre. The Croatian Roberto Sawyer was second with 65.75 metre. Javelin throw went to Felix Torres after throwing 70.16 metre.
