The British Commowealth Discus medalist, Jade Lally did not disappoint, giving a good outing at Brisbane Queensland Championship on Friday (12) hauling 56.93m discus-throw.
In the 400m, the Gold Coast home boy, Alex Beck was literally flying to coast home in 45.72s. He was chased hard in the home straight by Jack Geary 46.91s to place second.
