Reigning World Champion Karsten Warlhom Lowered Norwegian National Record

The reigning 400m hurdle Champion, Karsten Warlhom extended his ubiquitous Norwegian athletics dominance on the last day of February by lower his own national 300m record of 32.69 to 32.47s in a local meet in the city of Rud.

In the same, Amalie Luel’s 37.51s was 0.20s shy away from national female 300m record. She was followed by impressive Elisabeth Slettum 37.80s, beaten Lakeri Ertzgaard who breaked U20 record with 38.98s to place third.

Ibrahim Buras returned 3:48.73 over 1500m, Henrik Flatnes leaped 7.41m in long jump with Nora Kollerod Wold 55.49s run in the 400m.
