Ethiopian Gudaf Tsegay Breaks World Record As Laura Muir Also Got National Record

The world Athletics Indoor and Outdoor bronze medalist, Ethiopian Gudaf Tsegay on Tuesday (9) at Pas-de-Calaise Lievin Meet, took everybody by surprise to shattered the world 1500m indoor record in devastating manner living a social distance behind. The 24 years old Gudaf, stopped clock at 3:53.09s.

The living British legend, Laura Muir came second in a hot pursue of Gudaf and landed a consolation national record, breaking Jemma Reekie’ s record by returning 3:59.58s.
