After the double Olympics Champion, Caster Semenya’s twice court lost over World Athletics testosterone ruling in both Court Of Arbitration (CAS) and Switzerland supreme Court; it now appear the next assault will be European Humans Right Court in the quest to overturn the WA ruling.
According to her Semenya’s lawyer, Gregory Nott, said the legal team is putting finishing touches to paper work to take the case before European Countries (ECHR)– a process that “takes a few months”.
“We merely the horse and she is the jockey, so we listen to what Caster has to say. She has a mind of her own”, Nott clarified.
