World Athletics earlier today announced another fine of $10m on Russian Athletics Federation for breaching anti- doping rules. It also restrict the number of Russian athletes who are eligible to compete as neutral athlete at the Olympics to 10; with their final participating inched on condition that Russian Athletics Federation were able to pay half of the fine before July 1st, 2020 and demonstration of training in doping free environment.
World Athletics president Sebastian Coe said on Thursday that the World Athletics was disappointed with the former administrator of Russian Athletics Federation. Reiterated further that the process of their admission is in progress including an oversight by athletic expert base in Russian.
