Southampton’s board could hardly believe their luck when Arsenal signed Cedric Soares on loan in January transfer window. Saint chiefs expected Soares, whose contract expires at the end of the season to be seeking a move to lower league clubs or team abroad and to loose him on a free when his contact deal ended. Never thought Arsenal will sign an unfit player when it’s obvious Soares is injured with sprain of knee ligament he suffered in January 21st in an away match with Crystal Palace. The injury will takes a couple of weeks to be fully fit. Could not see the logic paying €5 million for such a player. Even eyebrows were raised at Arsenal Colnery training ground when Soares appearing with a knee brace.www.google.com
