The richest man in African, Aliko Dangote has revealed his readiness to take over Arsenal but not until he finishes his project. The 62 years billionaire Gunner fan has long determined a take over in 2020 but now want to do that next year so as to finish his project of constructing one of the world’s largest oil refineries.
