Akani Of South Africa Blasts A World Leading Time In 100m

Akani Simbine continues the great perfomance witness yesterday in the AGN Championship in Pretoria; South Africa when Muvo Manyonga shoars to 8.62m. But today which is the second day of the championship, Akani and Thando produces a world class perfomance to add colour to the championship. Akani Simbine blasted 9.92sWL to beat a 21 years old Thando Roto who ran 9.95s personal best. This is the second sub 10 he will be running within 2 weeks. It will be recalled that Akani had earlier ran 9.93s and 19.95s on 4th of March. Interestingly, the up and coming young man he beat had also ran 9.98s{wind assisted} four weeks ago at Unkwalu Invitation.
